This Terms and Conditions are in addition to the special conditions valid for each Golf Course available on its website.

When a User, either registered or not, makes a reservation through Marco Simone Golf & Country Club web sites, he will receive a confirmation message with the reservations details to his supplied e-mail.

1.1.5 Cancellation of reservations

Making a reservation, the User agree to abide policies in use at the Golf Courses. Groups of 8 or less players may cancel their tee time 72 hours prior to play with no charge.

Through Marco Simone Golf & Country Club web sites the User can not make cancellations or refunds of any amount paid.

1.1.6 Information provided

The photos and the information content in Golf Courses description is provided under Golf Courses responsibility.

The contacts and services offered by Golf Courses is provided under Golf Courses responsibility.

Available tee times, prices and promotional packages is provided under Golf Courses responsibility.

Information about events is provided under the company "Sercultur" responsability.

Climatic data were collected from available official publication "Normais Climatológicas" published by the "Instituto de Meteorologia,IP" of Italy, beeing a statistical analysis over a 30 year data period, from the the respective Golf Course closer official weather station:

The average temperature for a given month is the average of maximum daily temperatures for that month;

The average daylight hours for a given month is the average daily sunlight hours between sunrise and sunset for that month;

The average rainy days for a given month is the average of the number of days with rainfall above 1mm and the number of days with rainfall above 10mm for that month.

Marco Simone Golf & Country Club may, occasionally, provide its website Users with the possibility to participate in a survey. Information requested is retained by Marco Simone Golf & Country Club and may include contact data.
